1. E-Gift Cards are Non-Returnable, Non Refundable.
2. Once purchased, the Gift card will be Emailed to the Recipient's Email id in 4 to 5 hours.
3. E-Gift cards are 1 time usable.
4. It cannot be redeemed in Partial.
5. E-Gift card can be used to purchase any product on www.shop.philips.co.in
6. In case of any query or issue related to Gift card purchase, redemption, Kindly mail your Gift card order ID, Purchase amount, Date of purchase to philips@analemma.co.in
7. Incase of products shopped more than the Gift card amount, the balance amount will have to be paid on www.shop.philips.co.in by the Gift card user.
8. Incase the products are shopped less than the Gift card amount, the pending amount cannot be encashed or claimed in a form of Gift card. Hence We encourage customers to shop for the same or more than the gift card amount.
