Financial details

Conclusion of Contract

You agree that once your order has been placed and confirmed on this Web Site, A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and the Administrator.  The Administrator shall send an order confirmation to you by email as and when your order has been confirmed and shipped. Please note that the order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not constitute an order confirmation.

No Waiver

No failure on the part of the Administrator to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any of Administrators' rights under these Terms of Use, whether for past or future actions on the part of any person. Neither the receipt of any funds by the Administrator nor the reliance of any person on Administrators' actions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of these Terms of Use.
